Book Online

Online Booking

Select destinations, check fares and schedules, and book your seat with your credit card. Flights are available for online booking from 360 days to 4 hours before* scheduled departure time.

Manage My Booking

View your booking details online. You can also request a seat and special meal, update your contact and travel document details as well as your frequent flyers information online.

notiFLY Messaging

Sign up to notiFLY Flight Paging, and you will receive a "Flight Reminder" e-mail about your selected flight, such as latest departure time and weather forecast for your destination, up to 4 hour before your flight departure/arrival. notiFLY Auto Messaging is our service where you will receive "Pre-flight Reminder" e-mail 48 hours before departure, and flight delay/cancellation message automatically for your flights.

Duty-Fee Preflight Order

Order your duty-free items with going through the online catalogue before you fly, and collect your purhcase onboard. Your will not miss the item you want!

Getting onboard

Online Check-in

Check in online from 48 hours up to 90 minutes prior to flight departure with your computer or mobile device. You can also select your seat clicking on an online seatmap.

Self Check-In Kiosks

At your departure airport, with your Marco Polo Club or Asia Miles membership card, Passport, or Booking Reference Number, you can print your boarding pass using our Self Check-In Kiosks.
(Currently available at selected airports such as Hong Kong International Airport, Central Japan International Airport in Nagoya, and Haneda Airport in Tokyo.)

Self-Print Boarding Pass

After checking-in online, you can print Boarding Pass with your own printer at home, the office or anywhere with access to the internet, up to 90 minuter before your flight departure time. You can also print your lounge invitaion if eligible. If you only have hand baggage with you, you can go straight to security and onto the Boarding Gate Service Desk.

Mobile Boarding Pass

Passengers who check-in using our Online Check-In facility can choose to receive a boarding pass directly on their mobile devices via email or SMS text message, and enjoy a completely paperless experience.
